Bodybuilding – Short (5ft 7.99 inches and below)

Athletes will have well developed muscle mass with visible separation.

You will be marked on:

  • Symmetry
  • Muscularity
  • Condition
  • Body fat percentage
  • Poses & quarter turns
  • Stage presence
  • Tan

Mandatory Poses:

  • Front double biceps
  • Front lat spread
  • Side chest
  • Rear double biceps
  • Rear lat spread
  • Abdominal thigh
  • Triceps side of choice

(All poses will be marked)

You will then all come together for free posing, followed by a routine to music lasting no longer than 60 seconds.

Please bring a copy of your music with you on a UBS stick in an MP3 Formatt. Please also email you music in an mp3 format to Info@pure-elite.com
