Figure athletes will have a more developed look than Bikini or fitness models with overall more muscle mass and development whilst having a very low body fat percentage. But not to the point where the athlete loses their figure and shape. This is not a female bodybuilding category and you should not have the same level as bulk as a bodybuilder but abs should be visible.
You will be marked on:
- Balance of physique
- Body fat
- Stage presence
- Quater turns
- Front Double Biceps
- Front Lateral Spread
- Side Chest (side at the choice of the competitor)
- Side Triceps (side at the choice of the competitor)
- Rear Double Biceps
- Rear Lateral Spread
- Abdominal and Thigh
Figure athletes must wear a figure suit and heels for the mandatory poses and 1/4 turns. Heels don’t need to be warn for the routine portion of this category.
You will then all come together for free posing, followed by a routine to music lasting no longer than 60 seconds.
