It is the whole transformation from start to finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAthletes supply a before picture which is shown on stage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis category is not just for weight loss. We also have athletes that have overcome illness, disease, in recovery, accidents, injuries and more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePosing\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAthletes perform an I-Walk with 3 poses of choice, ending with a back pose.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFollowed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFront: Standard front pose with one hand on hip or both hands by the side of the body.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSide: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip\/waist.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBack: Back pose with hands on the thighs.
