Bikini Wellness

The Bikini Wellness category is for ladies that normally would compete in the bikini category but their physique is not balanced. Glutes and Quads will have a few percent more body fat compared to Bikini athletes. Physique will be out of proportion compared to top half, bottom heavy so to speak. Abs should be slightly visible.

Posing

Athletes perform an I-Walk with 3 poses of choice, ending with a back pose.

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

  • Front: T pose with one hand on hip or both hands by the side of the body.
  • Side: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip/waist.
  • Back: Back pose with hands on the thighs. No hands out to the side and no bending over.

Bikini

Pure Elite bikini Athlete's will have a healthy overall look, with good visible muscle tone. Good physique balance and symmetry. Muscle separation is not for this category. abs should be at least slightly visible.

Criteria for Bikini 17-23, Bikini Short, Bikini Tall, Bikini Over 35, Bikini Over 45, Tattooed Bikini

Bikini Short = 5ft 4.9 inches and below

Bikini Tall = 5ft 5 inches and above

Posing

Athletes perform an I-Walk with 3 poses of choice, ending with a back pose.

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

  • Front: Standard front pose with one hand on hip or both hands by the side of the body. 
  • Side: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip/waist.

Pure Elite poses for Bikini 

Bikini Fitness 

Athletes will have visible muscle tone with a conditioned physique. with good physique balance and symmetry. Developed delts and quads but not overly developed.   

Posing

Athletes perform an I-Walk with 3 poses of choice, ending with a back pose.

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

  • Front: T pose with one hand on hip or both hands down by your side
  • Side: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip/waist.
  • Back: Power pose. Hands on the waist.

Female Fitness Model

Pure Elite Female Fitness Model's have a toned physique with good overall muscle definition. Abs are to be visible. Good body balance and symmetry.

Athletes perform an I walk with 3 poses of choices, ending in a back pose. (free posing)

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

  • Front: Power pose. Hands on the waist, lats flared.
  • Side: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip/waist. (Side of choice)
  • Back: Power pose. Hands on the waist. No bending over or arms out to the side.

Criteria for Fitness Model Short, Fitness Model Tall, Fitness Model over 35, Fitness Model Over 45, Tattooed Fitness Model

 Pure Elite Female Fitness Model Poses

Wellness

The Pure Elite Wellness category is for ladies who prefer a muscular physique that is aesthetically pleasing with big glutes and quads with visible hamstring glute tie-in. Athletes will not have as much separation as fitness models and not as much body fat as Bikini wellness. Clear developed muscle mass especially the quads, glutes and shoulders.

Athletes will perform an I walk in the presentation round. This will consist of 3 poses of choice. Ending in the back pose. Then Athletes will walk back to the halfway point of the I and perform another back pose before walking to the back

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

  • Front: T pose with hands to the side of the body, on the waist or one on and one off.
  • Side: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip/waist.
  • Back: Back pose with hands on the thighs. No hands out to the side and no bending over.

Pure Elite Mums That Lift Poses

Female International Model

The Pure Elite Female International Model category consists of two rounds. 

The first round is the lingerie model round. Props can be used and you can get imaginative with your designs, think cat walk model or Victoria’s secrets. No G-Strings, no see-through underwear.

The second round is the evening wear round. Ladies to wear an evening gown or cocktail dress. No trousers, trainers or jeans.

Models are to perform an I-Walk on stage (catwalk) with 3 poses of choice for both rounds.

Then we have the comparisons which is free posing poses of choice

o    first round

  • Front pose

  • Walk to half way line and back to the front of stage

o    Second round

  • Front
  • Side of choice

Pure Elite Female Transformation

There is no specific physique requirement for this category. The judging is based on the athletes body balance, proportions, symmetry and transformation.

Everyones Transformation is different. Everyone starts in a different place and ends in a different place. This category is not who is the leanest on stage. It is the whole transformation from start to finish.

Athletes supply a before picture which is shown on stage.

This category is not just for weight loss. We also have athletes that have overcome illness, disease, in recovery, accidents, injuries and more.

Posing
