Hello Bethany, thank you for joining us. Your journey is full of strength and purpose let’s get into it.

What motivates you to compete in bodybuilding?

A few years ago, I was struggling mentally, emotionally, and doubting myself. Competing gave me structure, purpose, and pride. It reminded me who I am. Now, every step I take is for me and for my daughter. To show her that even when life tries to break you, you rise. You rebuild. And you become unstoppable.

Can you share a significant moment from your fitness journey that stands out to you?

Winning my first show and getting my Pro Card was more than a win it was everything. I didn’t just feel proud. I felt like I became the woman I always knew I could be. I cried happy tears for weeks. That moment showed me what happens when you never give up. I proved to myself that I’m strong, I’m fierce, and I’m just getting started.

Who or what inspires you to keep pushing towards your goals?

My daughter inspires me every day. I want her to see what it means to be strong and never give up. My past reminds me how far I’ve come, and my partner lifts me when things get tough. I inspire myself too because I’ve fought hard to be here. All of it pushes me to keep going and prove that quitting isn’t an option.

What advice would you give to someone aspiring to compete in bodybuilding and/or Pure Elite?

Go for it. You’ll never feel the emotions I felt if you don’t compete. The nerves. The pride. It’s not about winning, it’s about showing up for yourself. You’ll walk off that stage changed. Proud. Empowered. Unstoppable.

What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your fitness journey, and how did you overcome it?

Prep is hard and tough, but doing it while managing two dance groups, planning shows, tattooing, modelling, working with brands, travelling for my daughter’s cheer comps, studying for my PT course, and being a mum, that’s a storm I walk through daily. It’s not just physical. It’s mental, emotional, relentless. I’m juggling deadlines, routines, dreams, and responsibilities, all while chasing a goal that demands everything. But I keep going. Because every sacrifice is a lesson in strength for me, and for her.

Is this your first Pure Elite Pro Show?

Yes.

Is this your first time competing at the World Championships as a Pro?

Yes.

How does it feel preparing for your first time on the World stage?

I feel more nervous this time around being on stage with the Pros, but I’ve earned my spot. There’s no backing down 💪🏻

What has changed for you since earning your Pro Card?

Since earning my Pro Card, I feel more confident, more focused, and more proud of how far I’ve come, words can’t describe. I train smarter, push harder, and carry myself with purpose. It changed how I see myself and how I show up for others.

What part of your journey are you most proud of?

Earning my Pro Card because it proved I could do it, even with everything going on in my life. I stayed strong, pushed through, and made it happen.

Give us a one-liner that sums up your mindset going into the World Championships.

I’m ready, I’ve earned this, and I’m bringing fire to that stage.

What lessons or experiences from past Worlds are you bringing into this prep?

This will be my first Worlds, but the lessons from everything I’ve overcome are coming with me, every ounce of resilience and drive.

What’s different about your prep or mindset this time around?

I train smarter now. My steps are focused, and I feel stronger every day.

What would you tell yourself before your first Pro World Championships?

I show up because I was told not to and to prove you can do anything if you put your mind to it. I have one life, and I’m living it for me, for my daughter, to show her what strength looks like, for my partner who believes in me, and for myself. Every step I take helps me grow stronger, braver, and more true to who I am.

What titles and placings at the World Championships do you currently have?

This will be my first appearance at the World Championships.

What does being a Pure Elite Pro mean to you?

It means the world to me. It’s changed my mindset, and my motivation levels have hit hard ever since winning my Pro Card.

What have you improved or changed since earning your Pro Card?

I train smarter, with more purpose, and with a focus that grows every day. Every session feels like a step closer to who I want to become.

What drives you to keep showing up at your best?

I show up because I was told I couldn’t. I show up for my daughter, for my partner, for the younger me who needed proof that she was strong. I’ve got one life, and I’m living it as loudly and proudly as I can.

What advice would you give to athletes aiming for their Pro Card?

Keep working hard and keep a positive mindset. You’re working for something huge, be proud of every step.
