Terms of service
If you can not make the date you have sign-up to compete in, you can transfer as long as you inform Pure Elite via email up to 10 days before your show date and you pay the £10 admin fee to transfer.
Cancellation Policy
- All places and bookings are non-refundable.
- Like all sporting events there is always a slim possibility that the event might be postponed to a later date or we may have to move venues. This could be anything from the venue has suffered an event that stops them being able to facilitate the show. Could be a fire, gas leak, power cut etc. As soon as we are made aware that the venue is postponing the show or we have to move venues, we will let every competing athlete aware. If a competing athlete can not attend the new date or venue, they can transfer to any other date within a 12 month period
- Pure Elite Membership and Pure Elite Unlimited are valid for one competing season only, the season named on the product (for example, Membership 2027 covers shows held in 2027). They last until the end of that competing season, can not be used for shows in any other season, even if booked during that season, and are non-transferable to any other athlete.
- Pure Elite Unlimited covers unlimited category entries, show day tan, hair and make-up (female only), social media packs and stage video (at shows where it is offered) at every Pure Elite show in the UK and Ireland during that season. It does not include backstage passes, private room hire or spectator tickets. Pros must still qualify for the World Championships.
- If you can not make the date that you have registered for, you can transfer (this includes beauty services and tan) to a new date within a 12 month period as long as
