Pure Elite Female Fitness Model's have a toned physique with good overall muscle definition. Abs are to be visible. Good body balance and symmetry.

Athletes perform an I walk with 3 poses of choices, ending in a back pose. (free posing)

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

• Front: Power pose. Hands on the waist, lats flared.
• Side: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip/waist.
• Back: Power pose. Hands on the waist. No bending over or arms out to the side.

Criteria for Fitness Model Short, Fitness Model Tall, Fitness Model over 35, Fitness Model Over 45 and Tattooed Fitness Model

Fitness Model Short = 5ft 4.9 inches and below

Fitness Model Tall = 5ft 5 inches and above

Athletes in the Tattooed Fitness Model category will also have their tattoos judged.
