Male Fitness Model Categories - Ireland

Pure Elite Male Fitness Model's have a toned physique with good overall muscle definition. Abs are to be visible. Good body balance and symmetry.

Athletes perform an I-walk with free posing.

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

• Front pose straight on hands at your side
• Side pose with left hand on hip and right leg slightly out to the back
• Back pose double bicep
• Side pose with right hand on hip and left leg slightly out to the back

Criteria for Fitness Model, Fitness Model 35+, Fitness Model 45+, Tattooed Fitness Model

If the Fitness Model category is deemed to have a high number of athletes then the category can be split by weight. The Split is 75kg
