The Pure Elite Wellness category is for ladies who prefer a muscular physique that is aesthetically pleasing with big glutes and quads with visible hamstring glute tie-in. Athletes with not have as much separation as fitness models and not as much body fat as Bikini wellness. Clear developed muscle mass especially the quads, glutes and shoulders.

Athletes will perform an I walk in the presentation round. This will consist of 3 poses of choice. Ending in the back pose. Then Athletes will walk back to the halfway point of the I and perform another back pose before walking to the back of the stage.

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

• Front: T pose with hands to the side of the body, on the waist or one on and one off.
• Side: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip/waist.
• Back: Back pose with hands on the thighs. No hands out to the side and no bending over.
