Female Fitness Model

Pure Elite Female Fitness Model's have a toned physique with good overall muscle definition. Abs are to be visible. Good body balance and symmetry.

Athletes perform an I walk with 3 poses of choices, ending in a back pose. (free posing)

Followed by the comparison round with mandatory poses.

• Front: Power pose. Hands on the waist, lats flared.
• Side: Side standard pose with your leg closest to the judges straight and the opposite hand on the hip/waist.
• Back: Power pose. Hands on the waist. No bending over or arms out to the side.

• Overall healthy look
• Tan
• Overall stage presentation
• Symmetry
• Balance of physique
• Stage confidence
• Abdominals for the Fitness Model
• Marketable look
• Hair and Make-up
• Body fat for Fitness Model
• Matching Fitness Model criteria

Athletes in the Tattooed Fitness Model category will also have their tattoos judged.

• Two piece bikini
• Must wear heels
• No boots (You can wear ankle boots in the tattooed category)
